Jekyll Island typically holds the Shrimp and Grits Festival in mid-September. The Georgia/Florida college football game, held in Jacksonville, is the last Saturday in October.

All rates include linens and house cleaning.

We accept credit card payments via PayPal and checks. A 50% deposit is needed to book your stay.  The remainder of the rent is due 30 days before the beginning of the rental period. We require a security deposit of $750 / stay, which will be fully refunded less any damages to the house.

Reservations canceled more than 60 days in advance of the stay will receive a refund, less a $200 cancellation fee.

A pet fee of $150.00 applies if you bring your dog.

All rates and fees are subject to 15.093% tax.

Guests are expected to provide their own meals and bring their own consumables.  We will provide an initial set of paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags, but most groups will need additional supplies.
